Panoramic display screen allows following the latest epidemiological developments in the GCC countries

On Wednesday, July 21, 2024, the Gulf Center for Disease Prevention and Control, represented by the Public Health Information Department, launched an interactive panoramic dashboard that provides a comprehensive and comprehensive view of the spread of a range of important epidemic diseases in the GCC countries, including dengue fever, measles, COVID-19, acute respiratory infection, and influenza.

This recently launched dashboard allows public health professionals and decision-makers to follow the latest developments in the field of epidemic diseases at the regional level in an immediate and accurate manner. The dashboard also provides data on the extent to which member states are committed to sharing health data, which contributes to enhancing regional cooperation in the field of epidemiological surveillance and rapid response to epidemics.

This dashboard is a valuable tool in supporting the efforts of the Gulf Center in combating infectious diseases, as it helps identify the most affected areas and direct efforts towards areas that need urgent intervention.
